Fall brings cooler weather and heartier appetites. During the cold months, you probably find yourself turning toward comfort foods that fill you up. Pork is a lean meat that is easy to cook, and it can satisfy your whole family. Enjoy this easy and tasty pork recipe.

Orange Honey Glazed Pork Chops

3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet. Add the pork chops and cook until brown, turning once. Remove the browned pork chops to a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In a small saucepan, heat the remaining ingredients for three minutes, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Spoon half the glaze over the tops of the pork chops, spreading evenly. Bake in a 350 degree oven uncovered for about 15 minutes. Turn the chops and coat with the remaining glaze.
